The gunplay in this game was fucking sublime. Most of the weapons have the magazine show the ammo count for every bullet.

There are some minor goofs, like the PPSh-41 firing from a closed bolt, and the SVT and G43 not locking the bolt back on the last shot.
Otherwise, even with a simpler sound engine, the firearms have more meaty sound effects.
RO2 gun sounds are just plain bland, and I miss not being able to attach and detach the bayonet on site.

It looks weird because they imported models from Gears 3 into 1 and so the placement of character limbs is out of place. I just mean the motion of flicking and flipping the shotgun in a circle is cool.
