I always went to my Round 1 down in LA, and the fighting games and Japanese shit was big. Then they moved all the fighting games to the back a nobody plays them. I played some Blazblue last time I went.
There's a D&B within a 10 minute drive of me.
I go right past it (and another one) every Sunday to make the 40 mile drive to my R1.
D&B isn't really intended to be an arcade. It's more of a family oriented bar that happens to have some games in it.
