If you want EZ wins I guess, but only faggots play based on how good the character is rather than how much they like the character.
I've been a Zangief main since SF2 just because I like him, and a lot of the time its been a very uphill battle,
Just stick with it and keep experimenting with what does and doesn't work with FANG, you'll benefit from him being underplayed since people won't know what to expect from you as much as a Shoto or the other more popular characters.

While these may look impressive they're not very practical. A good player isn't going to do those EX moves on block apart from Nash's EX moonsault which only gets a minimal punish.
The super punishes are great though, considering super is the only way to chip someone to death.

If the super is part of a block string then yes, pretty much everyone can v-reversal out of it and avoid the chip death.
There may be certain characters and/or supers that are exceptions but as a general rule, yeah.
You can't V-reversal a raw super though unless it's multi-hit and the first hit doesn't kill you.
