I thought it would work like stop watches where your speed is reduced because of the slow down, but no you just keep fucking going. I know that's how they worked in Brawl, but items in this game are shit so I don't even know how they work here. Either way, it lasts way to fucking long.

This is a real bitch. I mean, I'd understand if I was at 150%, but I've gotten witch timed at 0% and it lasts forever. Wasn't it supposed to be that, with more percentage the witch time would have a longer effect? I don't fucking get it. That fucking bayonetta was able to hit me with two full smash attacks, while I was at 0%

i guess they were sticking with the actual bayo games in which the better you time WT the more slow down time you get. obviously this doesnt work well with sm4sh since a simple A standard can get you in WT long enough to get rekt by two smash hits
