Overall? No. Rooftop Run might be a contender for greatest individual song though, at least in a Sonic game. I'm pretty sure this song is the reason the stage got picked for Generations.

Believe it or not there are better songs than rooftop run in the game. Theres no low tier songs. Thats the thing, EVERY single song in unleashed is good. They even wrote a theme just for E ranks if youre garbage enough to get one
