Not sure what 'command' you're looking for but these are my favorite spaceship vidyas.
From the Depths seems cool if you like building shit and have a lot of time to dedicate. i got bored with it quick personally though

Can build your own ships in warship gunner 2. Its very grindy to get all the parts but I had fun.
