what
i dont remember grinding but you need such shit then do itfag
Prioritize your AP points better.
Monk is best early class to put some massive AP into.

>Hamido

Because you aren't running around and screaming like a faggot.

?
You don't. You want to grind I guess but very slowly and you have to make sure your getting more jp then exp. Enemies keep on scaling and even have new equipment that you don't have access to because they are story locked.
I'm talking instead of having gear that gives them +20 health like you they will have +40 health gear while you have a billion money but you can't spend it on new gear. Could steal though.

Why is my dick so hard?
Pro tip
End every turn with an action.
I don't care if you have to attack your teammates
>FFT
>Hard
You serious? Story battles have set levels and random battles are generally easy as fuck even if you're outleveled. You must just suck.

This guy gets it. As long as you have someone casting magic (doesn't matter what) you can get EXP/JP from restoring MP with Chakra. Best early JP builders are squire abilities (either the buffs or throw rock), stuff like Barrier/Shell, Haste, Chakra, Orator stuff to increase bravery of your units so their reaction abilities happen more often, etc.
What are the best paths for Agrius and Beowulf?

I never used the story characters.
I had too many feels for my guys I trained and raised right from the start.
>tfw racing to kill last enemy before your homie gets crystalized

For the most part story characters are either terribly broken op or just awful.
Mustadio probably is the most balanced of the story characters so I'd always use him as chemist with his act and move disables.

Agrias doesn't really need a secondary job as her blade skills pretty much will be what you're using 99% of the time.
Beowulf is a similar story; his debuffs from his action command are way more accurate than oracle skills, so I usually give him white/time magic to compliment his support skillset. If you can stomach battling as a calculator (I strongly suggest you have someone use steal EXP on him so he doesn't level) calculator as a secondary command also works well on him, but at that point you're breaking the game.
It's harder at the beginning, but gets ridiculously easy after you finish with Fort Besselat.
