Y tho? It's a jumpy shooty game with an upgrade/downgrade weapon system. I can't really think of many games were you Level Down when damaged but other than that it's just a solid platformer.

Kero Blaster. It takes pretty much all the issues with CS (i.e.: backtracking, overly floaty movement), tosses them out, gives you a bonus hard mode that redesigns every single level from the ground up, and a bonus NG+ version of the normal mode with 3 secret stages and a Boss Rush.
