Magic existing does not mean God exists. Magic is undeniably real, you can handle it, see it and experience its effects, so are demons.
But until God provides any form of evidence of its own existence none of those other things give any inhabitant of said world any more proof of God than we have in our world.
Magic is only special to us because it doesn't exist, had magic existed it'd have been treated as just another aspect of reality which would have by now been studied, applied and industrialized

Arguably magic does exist, but since we don't call it magic anymore and we have a good understanding of how it works at a low level its become mundane.
A thousand years ago chemistry, electromagnetism, optics, all would have been considered magic. Things that would have once been considered major magical artifacts fit in stories only to be owned by demigod kings can now be obtained by anyone often for not much money.

Well you are talking about a canon of books created and preserved by groups who were against gnostic versions of Christianity so that isn't necessarily surprising.
However its not true. Several of the Pauline letters have distinctly gnostic characters which haven't fully been purged from them and we know from early church leaders who were against Pauline christianity that Paul was considered to be 'the father of heresy'.
Beyond that Mark in its original form which excludes the infancy narrative and doesn't include the long ending which was added later is decidedly adoptionistic and includes gnostic elements such as the messianic secret.
Then there is John which has some interesting alternate readings for a gnostic perspective if you have access to ancient versions of the book which the church attempted to destroy but were preserved by Nag Hamadi so we know that for instance the crowd were originally attempting to choose between Jesus son of the father and Jesus called Christ which would make the Jewish crowd calling for his blood to be upon them the people with gnosis who understand what being bathed in the blood of christ means instead of some kind of blood libel.
Then there's the Revelation which has tons of imagery from gnostic and proto-judaic sources.
