Belgian here,
I took a look at my physical game copies and most of them only have a small PEGI rating in the corner (about the same size as the publisher logo), but some of the disk have the USK rating and/or the BBFC rating on them (my guess it's easier to localize the sleeves for different countries than printed different discs for each country).
PEGI is an european harmonisation effort but it's optional for countries to use it, a lot of countries opted for PEGI to replace their own rating system, but Germany didn't. For example the UK used their own system until a couple of years ago

This is not a collector's edition or anything similar, but a first-print edition. That means that since I preordered the game I'm getting the whole package, right? I'm asking because the listing only shows the SFZ cover, not the whole package as, say, in the case of TP+Wolf amiibo.

Much better. Graphics have been slightly improved, there are more enemies on the screen and branching paths have been confirmed. They showed two new levels as well, IIRC, and they both look good. On top of that, the first prints of the game come bundled with former Project Guard (SF Defense now), which is pretty meaty by the looks of it.
