I've learned that this is infact an issue with dota as a whole with foreigners. Clicking I will buy it multiple times and then pinging some retard ultimately makes them think "Hey, this guys letting me know he's building it so I don't have to!"
The more you ping spam the less people pay attention to you and the more they begin to latently hate until it explodes into "repot kanyebiggums"
Notice that in the higher tiers of matchmaking people actually speak the language of the servers they're queuing on in a plethora of accents. communication is a vital thing in dota and the chatwheel does not cut it; while some people might not be the missing link and understand you're trying to communicate the savage horde who play this game will not.
