Then you're practically done, getting past Hell is the only hard part. From there you just need to learn Ballos's fight and you've won. Go back and beat it like a man, man.
Evey playthrough I try it a few times then give up when I almost beat Ballos. Then restart a year later because I forgot the controls a year later.
