I'd imagine Sony expects his games to not really do well. They fund them mostly to diversify their output and attract a different kind of player to the system, and probably to benefit from the tech advances made in these kind of games with mo-cap and animations and such. They're kinda like tech demos that might sell a few copies to people who don't know any better.

The game is such a fuck up, almost none of the QTE's do anything. There's a sequence where you have to dodge possible lethal debris and if you don't do any of them nothing happens, she just keeps going. I think I've only encountered like 3 events where the game resets and you have to actually do them, but otherwise the QTE's don't need to be done at all.
