The price is a big con, that's true, but it's also true that even the original game still costs a lot about everywhere. So it kinda makes sense.

People shit on TP way too much. It's an amazing zelda-game with a clearly defined art-style which makes the world feel alive. Which, yes, is a bit darker and stylised. But it still holds up. Just like the gameplay. Can't wait to see some of my favourite moments in HD.
