Since they're coming out at the same time, and are bundled together for the price of one game, I'm a little confused as to why SF Guard is a separate package/disc at all and not just a mode for Zero.

Plus the creation and share mode. I fucking blow at micro managing though, last tower defense game i played was Lock's Quest and that kicked my ass.
I probably wouldn't have bought this on it's own but since I was already fairly excited about Starfox 0, i think putting them together is a really exciting bundle.
So far i spotted normal robots , ones that carry shields, ones that fuck up the camera, and a giant one.
The varied robots could do a whole lot for the level creation.

The only Nintendo game that was half retail price for me was Splatoon (£24 at launch week), but from what I've heard it still sold for full price in America. Must suck to buy games there.

The game's been looking better and better.
Truth be told the only Star Fox game I've played is Assault, and I barely remember anything about it. I'm not sure if I should pick this up or not. Maybe I should emulate the other games first and see how much I like them.

I've played 64 (and 3D which was worse desu) and Assault. I'm looking forward to Zero but I'm kind of disappointed I'm going to have to go through levels I've played 1000 times with slight changes and controls I honestly don't like.
