Your appointment to FEMA should be finalized within the week. I've already discussed the matter with the senator.
Oh yes.
>>329613413
OH YES
Thank you Mr. Trump.
Homeless people kidnapped the soldiers, they had me inject the soldiers with DEATH.
>You will never play Deus Ex for the first time again
It hurts /v/
>>329613741
The new one might actually be amazing. HR was great except bosses and they are acutely aware of the boss issues and are treating it differently this time around.
>>329613302
I take it he was agreeable?
>>329613859
True. I'm cautiously optimistic about MD. I'm a bit concerned that the game will have an action focus with stealth being an afterthought. I know they've stated that the game can be completely stealthed, but I just hope it's fun
>>329614219
Again, HR was decent and they seem to be actually aware of what fans want. I'm blown away that Deus Ex's legacy hasn't been totally ruined. Came close with Invisible War though.
We're 100% BLACK.
Just keep replaying the original guys.
Fuck the new ones.
>>329614423
The Fall is a thing. But I doubt that's the direction they are heading in. It was more of a cash grab. Yea I agree, I thought Deus Ex was going to die when HR was first announced, but they seem to treat the series with a lot of respect. They add in some modern elements that I don't like (instant takedowns, regenerating health etc) but at its heart it was still Deus Ex. If MD can be better than HR I'll be more than happy.

The Fall and Invisible War suck hard, but HR is a great game. I know it divided a lot of the fanbase, but if you compare it to other modernized versions of older games such as Thief or Tomb Raider, it's done a really good job of "modernizing" the game without ruining it
>>329615152
This. It still felt like deus ex
>HR is a great game.
>>329614484
Me too.
>>329615152
I thought it was alright, was shit if you played on consoles though
>>329617292
Seriously. HR was so monotone and on-the-nose it hurt. It's like how 99% of the NPCs in Pokémon never talk about anything but pokémon. Like all the characters in the game had a really specific form of Asperger's that won't let them shut up about motherfucking human augmentation.
>>329613302
OLD MEN
WARNING !
WARNING !
>>329618260
Augmentation was super new and a hot issue at the time of HR, in Deus Ex that shit was common and nanoaugs were more of a low-key thing.
>>329619048
OLD MEN, RUNNING THE WORLD
A NEW AGE
What are you looking for?
>>329619135
Sure, but that doesn't mean it's immersive or interesting when it's the only goddamn thing anyone ever talks about. Especially since they really don't say anything particularly clever about it. Shit's just repetitive and uninsightful
>>329613486
kek, i wouldn't mind Trump being irl Page
>>329614923
UNATCO?
CHINESE
>>329620295
No, Savage.
>>329620470
U-UNATCO?
>>329620428
>those ayy eyes
Has this ever been explained?
>>329620194
i mean... they were in detroit right outside of sariff industries...
people probably came to sariff from all across the country to get implants, became druggies, and then homeless people scattered around its outskirts.
its like if you lived two blocks from silicon valley and were pissed off there were nerds talking about technology everywhere, or if you lived in portland and were angry people wouldn't stop talking about organic food
i loved hr but then again i really just loved the music and looking at shit
>>329620748
augmentations
>>329620428
Not advisable for a tourist to visit the canals at night.
>>329620970
Regular unatco troops didn't have access to augs. Besides nano eye augs made your eyes glow, only Denton and Simons had those, and mech eye augs look like Anna and Gunther's.
>>329619135
Nano augs werent that low key. There's headlines about how the government has thugs that could ear out your spine with two fingers, except unlike with mechanical augs these freaks blend in with everyone else.
>>329620773
So what? In 1910 people in Detroit didnt talk only about Ford and cars.
>>329622616
Denton is literally the first person ever to have nano augs in original Deus Ex. Then Simons.
So they weren't "low key", there were none.
Can you specify headline you were talking about?
I think the government is making the plague on purpose.
>>329613859
I upgraded partly in anticipation of the new one, so it better be good.I consider 2011 the last OK year for vidya because of HR, could this be the next not-shit year?
>>329624448
>>329624448
Chew you havisfaction a singlelicious satisfact to snack that up?
>>329618260
I regularly hear strangers talking aboutTrump, people discussing something as big as widespread augmentation is reasonable, especially since you are augmented yourself.
>>329623898
not that guy but wasn't Paul running around with nano augs for like 2 years before the events of DE?
>>329624561
>>329624616
Yeah.
Number one : That's terror.
Number two :That's terror.
