I don't get why people complain about this. The worlds don't feel copypasted at all, and I doubt anyone could have noticed the similarity just by playing the game.
It could even be a sort of easter egg, both games taking place in the "same" area during different periods of time. And even if it was simply a matter of the devs wanting to save time and resources by reusing the same layout, how is that a bad thing? Should every game studio make every single thing from scratch when they start a new project?
