The last game that I bought that I truly enjoyed was Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and that was last year in February. I haven't purchased a new game release since. Anybody else in the same boat?

I bought three games this month, so while I'm not hyped for anything, that's because I've got a lot on my plate right now. Still looking forward to P5, Revelator, No Man's Sky, and whatever the fuck this new Zelda actually turns out to be.
I'm hyped for Zelda because the long hiatus makes feel good about it.
I was on the "It's in development hell" boat before anyone else, but it's literally been over a YEAR since they showed off anything but a 10 second scene pan.

OP here maybe I should clear up some things. I actually did buy a few old games recently. Marvel ult alliance to co op with friends, Lego Marvel super heroes for the same reason and Dead Space 2 because I wanted to try to beat hardcore mode. I'm not completely burnt from games, it's just that there's all these new games that came out and are releasing soon and its not really doing anything for me. It feels strange not being excited for new releases like I used to.
