Honestly, I'm not even sure what mods actually add nudity because I'm just skimming through so many. I got those framework mods that are basically required for every other mod, but really I'm just key-word search the highest rated mods that interest me. I haven't even bothered looking for a character-creator mod that makes female PCs more attractive or bustier.
And I figured there would be a lot of errors and troubleshooting. That much is obvious.

You need to choose a body replacer, and theres several mods to improve faces/deeper customization.
I'd say theres quite a learning curve until you even get what you are doing exactly.

It'll help with troubleshooting - not with having a clean skyrim.
NMM will have mods overwriting eachothers files and other shit like that, MO will avoid that.
Godspeed anon, I've spent possibly 25-30 hours on modding/troubleshooting alone, had maybe 4-5 hours of problem-free lewd gameplay, and like 100 hours of me going around getting raped in the wilds, never a single playthrough.
Good advice is to first start a character, get the mods you want, play a bit, get more mods as you want and once you feel you have all you need - make a new save.
As you keep compounding the game with more mods and it is not a fresh start the more of a chance you have it'll start unreasonably crashing on you.
FYI I considered my 1 crash in 1.5-2 hours setup to be "stable". and the raping mods arent even working properly anymore.
