In the same position OP, I played so much SFV lately I developed RSI in my left hand and it's stuck in a painful claw all day. Doctor says I need to rest it for a few weeks. I've been playing VNs and catching up on my reading, pretty chill actually.

Anything turnbased can be played with one hand. Try taking a controller and use Joy2key to assign up, down, left, right keys to the right analog stick, the right trigger to L, and select to the analog stick press. Then you've got an entire SNES controller in just your right hand.
