Would any of you be willing to help a fellow Hunter? I'm trying to solo kill Lady Maria. This is my first play-through of The Old Hunters DLC and Bloodborne in general. Any tips shall be immensely appreciated.
Btw I'm around Blood Level 100 and the weapons I'm currently using are the Chikage and Blades of Mercy.
Get the timing for parrying her down. She can be parried in each phase of the fight so if you got that you should be good.

Best advice I can give is restart and make a a character who doesn't waste all of their levels in endurance.
I can't think of a single moment in the game where I would need that much stamina.

No mention any strategic tactics that work specially according to Lady Maria. Such as which of weapon's trick form is easier to evade. What do I get instead? Which weapon did you use? I can't seem to attack her without losing much of health in the process. Since it's difficult to follow up with a quick dodge right after. She's got a LOT of range in her second form too.

i think he means stat wise, not levels of endurance, 180 is still a lot, but i see where it can work (blades of mercy stunlocks are god on stamina builds, as we all know, but fall short due to health)
i actually run around 65 VIT simply due to the fact that i survive with mere slivers of health which would have killed me otherwise., when i hit NG++ in my SKL/ARC build i realised i had some room to fuck around with.

if you arent on a NG+, you'll be fine, although i still recommend getting the blood rock fromnightmare of mensis firstand if you do make sure youuse the make contsct gesture in front of mother brain until your arms change directions, tjay way you get the level 3 moon rune.

yes but its damn near impossible, the way i beat him on NG+ (3 tries, i was flipping shit happy) is to stay close, get behind him and useauger of ebrietasto backstab, followed by a visceral, and my rune gave me my bullets back, so i could do it again, twice as many times before i was fucked

Yeah but it's different in the sense that if you fuck up you can't just get back up and visceral rally all the damage back. He sends you flying.

According to the official guide sometimes when you kill the third boss in a chalice dungeon a hidden 4th layer is unlocked somewhere, and it's written as if I'm supposed to run through the entire 3rd layer again to see if any walls disappeared.
Is this correct? Because even for chalice dungeons this sounds fucking stupid.

"4th layer
This effect unlocks a dungeon's hidden 4th layer. The wall that blocks the path to the 4th layer will disappear after defeating the 3rd layer boss, so you should always pay attention before leaving a dungeon, just in case this happens. All the enemies on the 4th layer, including the boss, give an extra 20% more blood echoes when defeated. 4th layer bosses also have a slightly higher chance of dropping the best possible blood gems.
