The engine is vastly improved(except for dialogue) and my main issues are mostly a numbers game and a lack of content, so it should be pretty fun once modders can unfuck it and reintroduce everything NV did right now that Todd ignored.

the best we can hope for is a complete overhaul of the shitty perks and the return of traits. questing is beyond fucked.
build mode already has 10 gorillion mods that make it fun (for awhile) and there's decent weapons and armor coming out. with any luck super-mutants will be overhauled and ghouls will be redone to be ghouls and not the stupid fucking mummy zombies they are now, but textures are fucked until someone can get rid of the shitty waxy haze that dulls out textures.

I think you missed his point. He was talking about changing the actual spoken lines so that the PC actually speaks the words in the dialogue wheel prompt. So instead of choosing SARCASTIC and having John Fallout say a sarcastic line, he literally just says SARCASTIC.

They recently mentioned that it's planned to come out sometime between the 2nd and 3rd DLC, which should be April or May.
they have to cash in on the workshop and robot dlc before ck, beth actually learned their lesson from hearthfire. i guess the silver lining is hopefully the second wave of dlc won't be shit (yeah right) and might be more substantial ones like far harbor.
