People say it has no games because the Vita as of now satisfies a niche audience of people who want console games (that get ported) on the go. Those who don't fit in that market will not find a system having games they can already play without buying it, except on a handheld, as a selling point. Understand that it's not an idea, or MEME, that it didn't have games to sell the product, it is a fact and it can only be sold as a convenient item and was a failure for Sony because they failed to support it.
The Vita should've succeeded because it had good hardware but it didn't.
