This is the first one. Danganronpa Zero is a prequel which wasn't a game, just a light novel in japan that explains what happens before the first game.
There's also Danganronpa If which is another novel which is a re-telling of the events of the first game if certain things didn't happen. This is actually available as an unlock in the 2nd game (even in the english version)
