Most of the joke deliveries fall into one of two categories. The first is weird fetishes. They're fetishes so only a few people could get off to them, thus the pool of drawfags who would want to do them is really small, depending on the fetish in question. The reason why the icepop request got shat on is because only the requester could get off on it, and the subsequent re request that was allowed by the original drawfag got shitposted to oblivion.
The second category is OCs because by their nature only the guy who made it would give a shit about them. Any drawfag who would want to do a piece on it is doing so out of pure charity rather than interest, especially if you're giving the artist carte blanche on the piece. The delivery dark soulsfag got was probably from a troll anon who wanted to piss him off, but really, getting obnoxious about it basically ruined his chances of anyone wanting to do a piece on the character. Either way, material that falls into either of these categories should be commissioned to an artist for actual payment because you're essentially begging for free art here and so hold no real power over what you get in the end.

Elise is the one character in Gunvolt I feel really bad for, since it sounds like Sumeragi captured her against her will and THEY fucked up her mind so much that it created the other persona, and it wasn't there to start with...but then again, I'm not sure how much of it was she was lying to me, since it shows her a normal Sumeragi outfit.
