The funniest thing about it was that she wasn't even fueling, she'd kick it in vent with me and her class lead (my rl buddy) and we'd shoot the shit all day. I've been in a couple guilds that were the middle ground, but they never lasted for a full expansion. They'd be guilds that raided two, sometimes three, nights a week and we would do Mythic raiding. So it was a lot of people who could play their characters pretty competently but no one was taking it too seriously or expecting a huge commitment out of anyone.
The issue was that both of these guilds only lasted 6-12 months each, usually because people would quit for work or school and we just couldn't find people to replace them who didn't suck dick.

But we had a damn near 100% rate on getting the girl sympathy and support and people wanting to shower privileges on her. Sure, about half the guilds wouldn't give a new player gbank access (d'uh), but the other half WOULD. Makes no sense to me.
