Well, Burst isn't anything special. It's essentially Final Fight/Double Dragon lite with anime tits. The framerate does have a tendency to drop during serious action and it's already low to begin with. If you can get past the low framerate, it's alright. Story in Burst is surprisingly good. Bit steep for 30 bucks, though.
2 improves on everything but arguably has a weaker story than Burst. Still good. It plays like a hybrid between Burst (standard beat-em-up gameplay) and SV (3D combat areas and over-the-shoulder camera). The enemies are much tougher (tough to the point of being somewhat cheap) because they'll counter your aerial raves. Reason why that is a big deal is because in Burst, the main way you beat most enemies is cheesing them with aerial raves.
