I played Gunners Heart a few weeks ago. The controls are confusing, but it's still a fun game.
I tried to run Sky Gunner on PCSX2, but It's definitively impossible to do that on my shit laptop.
Strider 2014 gets unfairly shat on and flew under a lot of people's radar.
It's surprisingly fun if you love fast paced action games and metroidvanias.

Yeah, I nearly finished it but did a reinstall and forgot to back up the save. It was cool, quite addictive gameplay, and looked pretty good while it was at it. It was ok, I liked that it was a standard FPS with no existing franchise also with a niche gameplay element.

I wouldn't say hidden, but a gem nonetheless. Legends, too.Seven Sorrows was the first time I was disappointed with a sequel
pretty well known on /v/ but back in the day this was a pleasant surprise when getting it on VC
All the minigames were atrocious, but I still think it was a neat game. It's kind of like The Sims, but totally focused on the social side of things. You can chat people up yourself or get to know someone close to them in order to start at a higher relationship level before you even meet them, which makes getting to know them much faster. Sometimes its more complicated and you can only advance your relationships during certain events like convincing people to dinner first and it can be tricky because it's not an automatic thing.
Also it's as much of a sex game as The Sims can be. Some levels give you spaces to rail girls in public like the dressing rooms or against the storefront windows, but in others you have to bring them home to your house first. But that's kind of fun too because you have a photo studio and a closet full of silly outfits to dress them in.
If someone made a game just like it, but not terrible, these days I'm sure it'd be a hit.
