Watching that last P5 trailer makes the MC seem like a bit of a loner. The P2 vibes kinda come from the whole mask theme, the red motiff (though that's more of a Persona 2 psp thing,) and the MC's attitude. Not to mention that real demons in P5 could mean that Philemon and Nyarly could be returning, which could make P5 a legitimate continuation of P2 and P1. It'd be grear to see devil summoners return.

I'm guessing the stealth is now the new sneak attack system- either the dungeons are open-ish, like you need to complete objectives before you can kill the boss, or they're linear. I hope it's the former, as this means that sneaking around is going to be necessary.
I want the enemies to be fairly tough so that sneaking and taking them out is always the best option, which will make dungeon traversal much more entertaining.

Come on. She's not THAT bad. She was shown in the first 5 minutes of the game and you could have figured there was something off about the gas attendant. Necron literally comes out of nowhere.
Still, I dislike Izanagi more. Necron was just one boss, but Izanami has a whole fucking dungeon + additional days. She wasn't so much bad for the story, as she was for the structure of the game. By the time you're done with her, Adachi is a distant memory despite being the guy you were looking for entire game. They really had a cool idea with Adachi being the failed reflection of Protag, but that didn't really go anywhere.

She's the one who gave Adachi and the Protagonist the ability to enter the TV in the first place, she's integral to the whole story. Even if you were wrap the story up with Amano-Sagiri it would just make it anti-climatic as hell. The way the true ending is set up is that you're at end of the game but you know that there is still one loose end untied, it's a mystery and you're being urged to use SOME part of your brain.

I remember there was an interview that said that P5 wouldn't really have a single main antagonist however you would "gain the attention of the main one" as the Phantom thieves go on their quest to steal hearts. So clealry the diety in question has nothing to do with the events of the game but is interested in what you are doing and since he/she is the antag, they clearly don't like what your doing. Basically it won't be a Nyx/Izanami style antag, this one clearly has their own agenda.
