This. The reason Dva is ranked so high isn't because of her ult but because of her insane mobility, armor, and projectile destruction. Her ult is hugely overrated and unless you have multiple dvas or are playing against retards, your ult likely won't kill anybody.
Who here is ready for this to be the next Evolve if not slightly more popular because Blizzard? I'll have fun anyway, just like I did with Evolve.

Part of the reason why Evolve died so fast was because people felt like they weren't getting the whole package from their initial $60 purchase, whereas this game has the devs promising new characters and maps free of charge. That's just their word, but that alone will probably make this game last much longer than evolve, never mind the fact that it comes from a well established company like Blizzard.

But there are no characters that can do that without serious repercussions. If you're dva, you can activate projectile destruction but you can still take damage from the side/behind, damage that isn't projectiles. If you're tracer you can rewind when taking too much damage, but you lose all that ground you made and now have to find another route.
These are counter play mechanics, don't know why you don't like them if you do actually prefer counter play.

Most likely. Right now he just suffers from too high damage at range and no hard counters. Because he doesn't have to be up close (like Mccree or Winston) he isn't as impacted by the likes of Mei.

Not really. It's very difficult to dodge a well timed genji ult. If he's near you with an ult, you're dead. If mccree or 76 has their ults, just hide behind shit.
The other other ones who apply are probably Rein, pharah, mccree, 76, and reaper. The others require more than just being well timed, aren't damage-ults at all, or require other damage (ie Zarya).
