Dude at this point I think it's obvious X3 is going to be a quick cash grab, the game has been in development for only 10 months. It uses copy pasted animations from X2 which look horrible for a current gen game, beachvolley gameplay will probably be copy pasted too, and it even has less content (no jetskiing). And don't get me started on the limited roster.
It's dead obvious they didn't even try.

Hell yeah, I have near infinite patience. Good work takes time, and these girls are worth the best work. Giving them a carelessly thrown together spin-off kind of speaks volumes about the developers' relationship to the game and the way fans perceive the game.

Thing is, Itagaki was a stuck up asshole, but at least he did give each new Xtreme entry enough care to justify its existence. X1 was a fun casual volleyball game, with the dating sim aspect as a bonus, it also introduced a new character, and pushed the graphics for its time. X2 brought jetskiing, waterslide, butt fights, pool hopping, that fucking pole dance, tanlines, deeper breast physics (although it was silly), and more importantly, all the roster was in.
What is X3 going to bring ? Half the roster, copy pasted activities from the previous ones minus jetskiing, the exact same engine from DOA5 and that's it.

This! all in all honest, all I wanted was just more content: more swimsuits, more interaction between the girls (Momiji praising a tsundere Ayane, Kokoro/Maire looking for Helena's approval, Kasumi and Hitomi high fiving each other) and more minigames (i would love to see branching paths for the water slide) instead we got all kind of content cut maybe to keep both versions the same which only makes sense if the game features cross saves (is it? im pretty sure it doesnt)
the games already get different names, it would be great if it were a full game with all the rooster and more content and a lighter "to go" version with girls chosen by the fans.
