I'm not that Anon but nothing really happened. Someone pretended their games got removed but it was just them using a different 3DS and they didn't transfer their shit over. I still have all of my games I got from there with no issues and I pretty much got them all. I got my CN account banned but it didn't effect me at all since it was easy to make another account and I regained my Mewtwo and even a physical item (which got here months later).
