Making a metroidvania game (first game so need to practice with unreal before i do something great)
The combat is sort of similar to bayonetta's and the graphic style changes based on which area you're in
I was fooling around with an idea.
Instead of unlocking weapons and armor throughout the game you would unlock different perspectives on life. Like maybe your character has been through a traumatic experience and the bosses are you trying to cope with what happened.
After each boss you would unlock different paths because of your new outlook on life and the world around you would change.
I just want any game i make to be challenging and rewarding, no matter the premise.
