If you want more KS like experience, go read Grisaia. Its pretty much KS but instead of physical defects its mental ones. Very long and a very good VN. Steam version has a few more CG, the regular release has tits. You decide which is worth more to you.
Now if you are looking for QGDCT type stuff, there is plenty of that translated and even officially released.

No. Hatoful Boyfriend was stupid and not very fun. One or two "Oh didn't quite expect that" storylines, but not fun. The first couple of weeks of the game are far too repetitive.
Sakura Angels is like 3 hours long, cute story, but kinda predictable, not enough branching paths really. I guess I couldn't ding a novel or comic for not having branching paths, but part of what I like about VNs is multiple paths.

For example Libra the vampire princess is looking to be a successful KS project, and the dev is already working with a team who will create an official patch to add the H content back into the game. Thats how you do it, since steam will never allow 18+ shit. But those who cut corners to save money might show the rest a bad path, and were the only ones who will suffer for it.
