I'm showing my age a little here, but are you seriously too young to remember when console ports used to be dumped with little effort? It's one of the reasons that I was so excited to find Morrowind on the Xbox. I was a poor fag and my computer was shit even for 2002 standards. the ONLY one getting a PC release within half a decade is FFXV, but for reference FF13 took 4 years to get on PC and FFXV devs already denied there would be a PC release (anytime soon)
A tip for the future: Whenever you see someone metioning a PC release of an obvious non-PC game, especially japanese, at best it would be 1 year after the console debut
The only 2 Jrpgs you can expect are Neptuna games (after 6+ months) and Tales Of games (closer to console release, if not simultaneous)

FFXV will probably be awhile, if at all. There IS a chance because they also denied that FFXIII and Type-0 would come to PC and presto, they both are while Squeenix continues to port older FF titles. I really think it WILL happen, eventually.
