Nothing can save TW3 for being the dull drag it is. In TW1 they focused on making the best game they could with limited technology so it needed a brush-up later which it got with the enhanced edition. TW3 however is the opposite; everything went into presentation and the big and pretty but sadly bland and dead overworld and the actual game and the story suffered. You can't fix that with a patch no matter how big.
