Well, you just answered your own question there, champ.
Pretty straight forward. Get fraps. Free up a bunch of space on your hard drive, and go to town.
If you want to just record parts, I recommend something like shadowplay. That's what I use. Makes it so you don't have to sift through tons of shit to get the clips you want.
I really don't think it matters what you call it. You'd probably be better off streaming, though that would require a wee bit of human interaction.

I did MGO stuff until I had a realisation about how shitty it was and just stopped as it felt I wasn't doing it because I enjoyed playing. Maybe once it's out on PC, I'll feel better with what changes nippon has been making to salvage it.
