Which one is better if i prefer RPG games and dungeon crawlers like diablo?
Vita. It's a great machine, just a damn shame there's not much support for it.

Neither senpai. The 3DS only lives from good first party Nintendo support, and the Vita is near dead outside of Japanese games.
Handheld gaming consoles are just dying.
If you HAVE to, the Vita has some neat games and is a blatantly better machine, but the 3DS has a few killer apps that sell it - Pokemon and that sort of shit.

The slim version could hold on for like 8h, but only if used phat battery.
Oh and if you wanted to play on 333mhz then battery life dropped from 6 to like 3-4h. Only needed in some games and really packed .cso.

Both are great systems for RPGs and the like. 3DS has EO, SMT, BD, FE, and Pokemon. Also both Dragon Quest VII and VIII this year. Vita has Persona 4, Trails, Atelier, Neptunia, and a lot of various dungeon crawlers.
Enjoying Moe Chronicle a lot more than I should, really looking forward to the sequel and still have Dungeon Traveler's 2 on my list.

There is nothing like diablo on either of them, only one I can think of is Helldiver's, but its not a dungeon crawler. Just a top down shooter. 3ds has good dungeon games, vita has good JRPGs.

Stranger of Sword City has got my interest, hadn't heard anyone mention Ray before, and I wasn't really thrilled with Demon Gaze to give the sequel a look.

All electronic batteries are shit. Download a game on your smart phone, at full charge, and play for a couple of hours. The whole thing gets hot and the battery drains pretty quickly.
Of the two handhelds, the sleep mode for the Vita is way better. I have left it unplugged from the charger for days to come back to it nearly fully, if not still fully, charged. While the 3DS might last a day or two (though I hadn't upgraded to a New yet, so they might last longer).
