Dead Island 2. I played the first nearly 2 days straight with my cousin.
Recore, really. I never played Crackdown so Crackdown 3 doesn't appeal to me. I heard about the destructible environments but I think destructible environments are really overrated and sometimes just hurts the game. I have no idea what Quantam Break is as well. I'm pretty content with just Halo 5 for right now, considering Xbox has always been my Halo machine.

Find some other games you want before you buy. Ori and RotTR were really good games from last year and I highly recommend them.
