Its not out on PC yet.
It requires always on connection, even when playing single-player mode. Cars are server-side so if you have a choppy or slow connection your car will sometimes not react to control input, sometimes the game will glitch and AI will either not start driving, or not spawn at all. AI doesn't decelerate through corners, a lot of cars have part menus (lights, fenders, mirrors, etc...) That have no parts in-game, its weird as fuck, game shipped shallow with the promise that there will be content somewhere down the line. Don't forget to buy the #20 DLC that gives you a 30% discount on cars kek.

Dude you have no fucking Idea, When I buy a game I pop it in and just play it until I finish the story or career or whatever, right? So I played it for like four days and There was a really bad storm that hit the cable line so internet was dealing with some issues for about a week, the further the week went, the more choppy my controls got, I was super pissed, I was like "God damn I just bought this controller why the fuck is it dying already?" Car would not turn right every couple turns, brakes would keep cutting out etc... I was on Amazon browsing controllers when my youtube playing in the background happened to roll into a video talking about that shit. Sure enough I popped in a bunch of other games like Bloodborne and Phantom Pain, controls worked flawlessly.
It makes zero fucking sense, why the fuck would the cars be server side? Even if it makes a little sense in multiplayer, its still bullshit since it is a racing game, its not simcity, reaction time and input lag is everything.
