At most recent Sony conference Nioh was presented as a ps4 console exclusive, same as SFV. Meaning it WILL come to PC, possibly even day 1, but not to other consoles.

This has been exclusively for PS4 in every press release since day one.
Also considering DoAX3 is only on PSV/PS4, they probably realized pcucks and xboners don't buy their games so they stopped any future ports.
