Programming. I'd be difficult to work with, I'm methodical and realistic in my expectations and those head-in-the-clouds idea guys make working on games impossible for me.

I have an idea for da story. You play as a man lost in a desert and you have to survive for a bit. You have to fight mirages, dehydration and hunger. The only things you have with you are the clothes on your back (Hawaiian shirt and shorts).Your only source of water are cacti (some of which are peyote cacti and cause hallucinatory visions which reveal certain things about this character as in his distrust of other human beings and how he sees them all as inferior to him, his reliance on porn and explicit VNs to get sexual satisfaction and his frustration at the fact that he cannot be like the others despite viewing them as inferior). He eventually comes to a city in the middle of this vast desert which seems to be in working order and has many seemingly happy inhabitants.

You know what's funny about a concept like this, the most useless skills would be programming and voice acting in a way. See the thing is no matter how many people here could pull it off, statistically speaking there is only a small percentage of them who are better or more efficient at it than everyone else. As such it would be redundant to have a bunch of people less capable on the project since they'd either be doing effectively nothing in comparison or worse their contributions would be making more work for the rest of the team to fix. For example with the VA point it would be easier to get one person with experience to do several voices than a bunch of different sounding amateurs since the overall quality is in the performance, not the variety.
In comparison writing, art and concept stuff technically has no such problem. Of course there are some ideas and illustrations that would be completely worthless and dismissed, but even they could be useful to at least give the professionals a platform to build from. Well unless it turns into something like that Catgirl debacle but that was more a problem of chain of command than art assistants.
