Just downloaded Unofficial Patch 9.4 by Wesp5. It's an exe. Where do I run it from? I uninstalled the game already and unmounted the iso, now what?
The ISO is 2.24 GB named VTMB-FED.ISO.
It was downloaded as Vampire The Masquerade Ultimate Bloodlines [DVD]. It might be this one

Do I have use the Federation Vampire Patcher it came with that only goes up to UP 8.8 if I already have the wesp9.4 patch downloaded or do I do it afterwards?

Plus patch adds a few quests and missing things from the game. On the one hand I recommend it because it adds a lot of good stuff, on the other I don't because you should have bug free vanilla and he also goes overboard and adds in stuff that maybe shouldn't have been in there.
No reason not to get the Warform but you'll only see it with one clan. Gangrel.
Cast animations makes it so you can't spam disciplines as a Tremere it's good for balancing as they're a little OP
Get restored disciplines, helps a lot.

Sure, it's not awful like the rest but it's reached the point of "now you're forcing in everything" such as him trying to find a place for every single damn unused song and some of them falling flat because they don't contextually work out. But on the bright side the CQM has been updated to work with a later UOP. CQM is definitely average but better to have than not have
