To be honest I don't think they'll ever win me back this year after the Wii, I chose that over the PS3 or 360 and ended up selling it out of disgust.
However, good innovative core games that aren't the same old shit is what I would want. I could never play another Mario game and be happy, I'm bored of Zelda never changing it's formula. I wouldn't mind rehashes of dormant franchises(F Zero) but I just want new shit that doesn't rely on boring gimmicks.

Not release it this year. Get it out Nov 2017 like typical official unveiling -> release schedule for Nintendo, and have more and better games for launch. They already have a console for this gen, even if it isn't doing amazingly there's no real rush to get NX out so they should capitalize on that and wait until they have some undeniable launch software.
