Not a character per se, but most of Lightning's outfits were ridiculously out-of-place and OOC in Lightning Returns.
As much as I enjoyed playing him... Visually and thematically, Aatrox has no place in league of legends. He seems like an ill thought through draft made by one of the devs' retarded nephew. He's a complete dork, to the core, right down to his dance, which has him standing in place bobbing his head up and down like a guy who wants to pretend he's cool at a party but is insecure to know how to mingle or dance.
