Nothing is uncrackable, but it may be hard enough to bypass that critical point where no-one actually wants to take all that effort breaking it.

People are giving up on it.

On the other hand Denuvo is expensive as fuck for developers and publishers to use. So the more pirates dropping out means the less attention the game gets. And when it sucks and sells poorly because it couldn't cover the cost of having Denuvo then they won't have the pirate excuse to fall back on.
