for a car game to properly emulate speed the FPS needs to increase the faster you go. Otherwise it always looks static when your going fast

I don't think I've ever regretted buying a game more. While, granted, it's probably one of the best-looking games I've ever seen, quite literally HALF (if not more) of the content shown to you in-game is DLC-only, cars and courses included. Also, the multiplayer is basically unplayable, it has some of the floatiest/most inaccurate driving physics I've seen in a AAA racing game, and the car selection is laughable. The only way I could recommend it would be at like $15, season pass included.
