I only get it when I play Red Orchestra 2. I get a legitimate feeling of stress and panic when I get shot at, and can feel my breathing change in different situations. Not only that, but when I look down my sights and fire at someone, I actually feel emotion.
Red Orchestra 2 is probably the best horror game to come out in recent memory.
