It can be, but there are other reasons to have it as well. It replaces the female bodies with a "prettier" version and comes in a variety of nude/clothed versions. The main reason I had it in Skyrim is because a lot of other mods, such as clothing, weapons, animations, and character creation tools, are designed to be compatible with it and sometimes require it to function properly. Skeleton replacer mods that people use for making characters with big butts and breasts have a similar wide range of utility.

Are there any mods yet that overhaul how radiation poisoning works? Its so ineffective and easy to cure that I barely even care if I get irradiated most of the time, as long as you pay the doc every time you enter a settlement you can just go soak some rads. Some kind of cancer system would be cool, giving you much harsher long-lasting repercussions for streaking in the Glowing Sea, maybe you'd eventually turn into a ghoul or something.
Think Frostfall with rads basically.

you probably have those, but..
- 'darker nights'
- 'rebalancer' or 'create your own difficulty' to increase the difficulty by at least 30% more than survival (you may not want that for melee builds, unless you go blitz build)
- that one mod that changes the lvl of the areas to be 5 or 10 levels above or below yours (normally it's like an mmo, with areas for low level and high level. This makes the NPCs more random)
- any mod to decrease the number of items in containers (seriously, it makes a LOT of difference).
- if you like to build stuff, there is some nice mod that lets you build things with glass, like walls, roof, etc.
there is also some nice mods for new modifications for weapons. This brings a lot of variety, and even if some of them may look OP, it's still fair considering NPCs can also have them.
