ive tried EVERYTHING to get the homebrew launcher, the most basic step, onto my 2ds, and nothing works.
My firmware is: 7.1.0-16E
I can't do much of anything such as Menuhax or other stuff without 9.2 firmware. So I've tried browserhax over and over and it flicks the yellow screen then grey then does nothing, I've tried over and over with the Starter.zip files corrently in the SD card, it won't install the hack.
I've managed to get Rxtools working through the browser, to install FBI for CIAs, but it needs me to browserhax everytime I want to load rxtools and boot into emunand.
I don't know what to do anymore.

I'm at step c-19, but when the CTRBootManager loads, it automatically boots the rxtools thing (the first time it loaded some things and the next times it just loads and then returns to the home menu).

Also, if you're on N3DS you can only upgrade emuNAND to 9.5. Most CIA I've downloaded supported 9.2 (cryptofix) but I can't game online before I upgrade to 9.5 but that's not important right now.
My console is at 9.0-something. Do I need to upgrade to 9.2 or is that good enough to begin?

Yup always, it does give you trouble in higher versions, but just reboot. The browser block takes a bit of time to activate after you turn on the 3ds

This guide is what I used for o3DS, followed to the letter and it worked like a charm. The only difference is the firmware.bin file you need and it details where to get it for o3DS.
